This is Quietly’s third harvest from Lucio and Ana. Ongoing relationship, and the nostalgic balanced, creamy impressions are the perfect homage to Lee’s grandmothers, Allie and Lennie.
Grown and processed by Lucio and Ana on Saõ Luiz Estate in Carlo do Paranaiba, Cortado Mineiro in Brazil. Imported through cooperation between long term trade partner Yuki Minami at Aequitas, and Maya at Crop to Cup. Roasted by Lee at Quietly Coffee in the Ontario countryside.

In 2020, Pause Coffee Shop was established to make a wide range of equitably sourced and great tasting coffees easier to access. Operating in Regina, Saskatchewan on Treaty Four Territory, Pause engages in sustained relationship with roasters across Canada who are focused toward inclusive and equity-minded partnerships with their coffee producing partners either through engaged correspondence with their importing partners, or through direct trade relationships with the producers.
